We are looking for Government Relations Specialist to work in Al Khobar

Job Summary:
The primary function of the Government Relations Specialist is to provide support to our HR team in KSA in related Government Affairs & HR services .
Moreover, he will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR administration support to our KSA employees.

Job Responsibilities:
 • Work to complete the facility's transactions with the relevant governmental bodies (Ministry of Interior, Foreign Affairs, Civil Status, Passports, Recruitment, Traffic, Secretariat and others) to finish the work of the facility.
 • Work on websites (Absher - Muqeem - Tamm).
 • Working to establish and maintain good working relationships with officials in various government agencies.
 • Preparing the necessary transactions for the various subjects assigned to him, signing them and submitting them to the relevant authorities in accordance with the established rules and procedures.
 • Carrying out the necessary procedures to transfer sponsorships to and from the facility through the Labor and Workers Office and the Passport Office.
 • Carrying out the necessary procedures for obtaining and renewing work permits, residencies, exit and return visas, and final exit visas (for non-Saudi workers and their families) through the labor offices and the Passports Department, and paying the relevant fees.
 • Submitting and following up on the facility's transactions with the governorate secretariat or other relevant government agencies.
 • Reviewing foreign embassies and consulates in the Kingdom to obtain the necessary visas for workers.
 • Carrying out all the work assigned to him by the direct manager and related to the nature of his work.

 • Familiarity with the regulations of the Ministry of Labor and government regulations
 • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office programs)
 • Accomplishment and mastery at work
 • English language proficiency
